Overview
These are omic profiling methods that use photo-uncaging or photo-crosslinking of oligodeoxynucleotides and enable isolation of omic information from locally defined areas upon spatially-restricted photo-irradiation.
Key System Requirements
- Quick and easy integration with existing microscope setups
- Targeted stimulation of arbitrary shapes to specifically irradiate tissue, cellular and/or subcellular features
- Compatibility with UV illumination (~365nm)
- Easy software control to adjust light intensity and patterns shape and size
